Event Request

Thank you for considering holding your event at St. John's! Feel free to contact the church office at (806)762-0123 with any questions about events, including special requests and pricing. All events require a $100 deposit which will be shredded after the event pending facilities are left in good condition. For most events, the organizer must meet with our facilities manager when turning in their deposit in order to discuss room arrangement.

Note: Our sanctuary comfortably holds 500 people.

The sanctuary is not available for events most Sundays, Holy Week, December, or mid-July.

Please note: The church doors will be locked 15 minutes after an event/recital begins.
