PFLAG
PFLAG (Parents, Friends, & Families of Lesbians, Gays,
bisexuals, trans-gendered and inter-sexed) meets at St. John's the
third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. PFLAG is not a religious
organization, but we provide meeting space and other support for
the group.
Lubbock PFLAG was to be a place for parents of gays and lesbians
to meet to find commonalities, support and love. More than a decade
later, Lubbock PFLAG is certainly fulfilling its mission.
The mission of PFLAG is:
1) Support for families and their children
2) Education, both of members and visitors, and of society
3) Advocacy for the same rights for gays as others enjoy
